PAIR Finance is expanding The success story of revolutionizing the debt collection industry in the German market already started in Berlin in 2016, and in 2026 we started our business in Norway For the further development and expansion of our customer service for our clients' customers (B2C), we are looking for a motivated and experienced Collection Expert (f/m/d) that will function as a Team Lead (f/m/d) with a strong history in the Norwegian debt collection market.

What you can do with us:

• Support with setting up our operational business on the Norwegian market and take over responsibility as Collection Expert (f/m/d)
• Establish and gradually develop a dedicated customer service team to handle requests from consumers in the Norwegian market, while also working hands-on with debtors directly
• Ensure confident and competent team communication with clients, customers, and third parties (including debt counseling services and attorneys) via telephone, email, chat, and letter.
• Coordinate client inquiries to appropriate contact persons and contribute to the development of operational processes in the customer service
• Ensure economically effective file processing and CRM systems maintenance while gathering feedback to improve technology and service delivery
• Collaborate with the international management team while reporting to the Country Head Nordics and the Head of Collection in Berlin

What you should bring for it:

• 5+ years of experience as a customer service team lead in the Norwegian debt collection industry
• Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, higher professional education or a qualified academical degree (Bachelor/Master)
• Strong motivational skills to lead a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team members
• Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards
• Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience as a holder of a debt collection license would be a significant advantage
• Good MS Office skills and interest in technology
