We're building a platform that transforms the proptech space, enabling seamless, secure payments for everything from lunch to parking. As Head of Payments and Transactions, you'll design and lead this new payments domain, driving innovation at the intersection of fintech and proptech.

Your mission

  • Define and execute the overall strategy for the payments and transactions function.
  • Develop scalable B2B and B2C payment models and oversee their implementation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build next-generation transaction flows.
  • Manage partnerships with payment providers, processors, and financial institutions.
  • Explore modern payment innovations such as open banking, account-to-account (A2A) payments, and PSD2/PSD3 frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and data protection regulations.

Who you are

  • Experienced in building or leading payment and transaction products within fintech, SaaS, or platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B payment flows, settlements, and reconciliation — accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with modern payment technologies and frameworks, including open banking and A2A.
  • Comfortable navigating PSPs, acquiring, issuing, and payment rails (e.g. Adyen, Stripe, Vipps, Apple Wallet).
  • Strategic and hands-on, able to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
  • Thrives in a scaling environment with a mix of structure and startup pace.
  • Skilled at developing strong external partnerships and collaboration.
