In Norway, we're looking for a Country Director to lead and grow our business with a clear focus on digital transformation. If you're a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in digital solutions and the vision to shape the future of smart mobility, this is your chance to make an impact.

The Role

As Country Director Norway, you will own the strategic direction and commercial performance of Arrive in a developed and digitally mature market. This role demands a proven track record in driving adoption of digital solutions, consulting on mobility strategies, and ensuring long-term business model success.

You'll work at the intersection of technology, mobility, and smart cities, representing Arrive to municipalities, parking operators, and government stakeholders. You'll also lead post-merger integration, building one culture and equipping teams to succeed across both digital and hardware solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Arrive Norway, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Drive the digitalization of urban parking by consulting operators and promoting our full portfolio of digital solutions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with municipalities, parking operators, and mobility stakeholders.
  • Act as spokesperson for Arrive in Norway – in negotiations, media, and public forums.
  • Lead and support Account Managers, developing high-performing teams and a strong post-merger culture.
  • Monitor market trends, provide strategic insights, and spot opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to share best practices and accelerate transformation.

About You

We're looking for a leader who thrives in a digital-first, technology-driven environment:

  • Strong background in digital transformation strategy and execution, ideally in mobility, transport, smart city, or parking sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and leading commercial/technology teams.
  • Experience with mobile paid parking apps and familiarity with payment hardware.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management with an existing local network in mobility/parking.
  • Experienced in multinational, matrix organizations and confident with CRM systems.
  • Norwegian fluency and excellent English communication skills.
  • Change leader with experience in post-merger integration is a strong plus.
