Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
Installation of Microsoft Axapta on prem application on Windows 2025 test server .

Then istallation on production server.

Nordea Finans Norway used Axapta as a ledger up to April 2025. The application was then replaced with SAP. However, we need to keep the application as a look-up archive for several years.

We know that Microsoft does not support Axapta on Windows versions newer than 2016, however, since Axapta is out of service anyway, we want to test to run it on Windows 2025.

Must-have knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of installing and maintiaining Microsoft AX 2016 on prem

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

  • Windows 2016 server, Windows 2025 server and SQL Server 2016

Workload: 100% from 3 November to 28 November 2025, with option for extension.

Physical location of server is in Orange Data center, Oslo, but consultant can work from anywhere with VPN connection provided by Nordea.
