Are you passionate about aviation safety and quality? As our Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations compliant and efficient. From managing audits to working with customers and regulatory authorities, you'll help us maintain the highest standards in line with EASA Part-145 and other international regulations.

Responsibilities

Implementation of the internal audit program for the organization and manage follow-up corrective action IAW the approved Audit Plan.

Assist in the day-to-day activities of maintaining a Quality system ensuring oversight of the approvals held IAW the requirements as defined in the organization's exposition and associated supplements.

Working with Supply chain department to approve and monitor quality requirements from external suppliers and(or) repair vendors

Monitor subcontracted activities, by process of audit, to ensure that the subcontractor is capable and necessary for that company to be approved by virtue of inclusion into the Quality System.

Monitor, Communicate and follow-up with vendor on warranty claims

Follow-up on new or changes in Regulatory Requirements

Coordinate Quality Council meetings

Coordinate with regulatory authority auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action

Coordinate with customers' auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications

Follow-up and evaluate customer complaints

Collect and present Quality metrics on key process indicators.

Analyze organizational quality metrics and perform periodic reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close the gaps at an operational level

Ensure that all audit reports are completed and distributed within laid down timescales and any subsequent actions are tracked and hastened to meet set targets

Monitor and propose amendments to the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other Part-145 regulatory manuals to ensure they satisfy appropriate regulatory and Company requirements

Administration of the company's manuals and authorization system

Provide Quality System guidance to other departments as applicable.

Report on progress and status of work to provide a clear statement of position, issues and actions

Support Kamelon QA development

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or fagbrev i flyfag with 2 years experience in Part-145 organisation, or 5 years' experience in Part-145 organization

Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145, 14 CFR 145 and other regulatory authority Part-145 regulations.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

Abilities

Able to work independently and take ownership of quality initiatives.

Maintain accuracy and consistency in audits, documentation, and compliance activities.

Demonstrate initiative and ownership of quality processes

Flexible and adaptable to changing regulatory and operational requirements

Skilled in regulatory compliance and effective liaison with aviation authorities

Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and quality performance.

Committed to meeting deadlines and achieving measurable quality outcomes.
