What You'll Do

As
Product Manager
, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our product roadmap while working closely with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success teams. Your role will include:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Opus Dental's modernization journey—balancing business needs, customer demands, and technical feasibility.
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and company objectives.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Engage directly with customers (dentists, clinic managers, and support teams) to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs.
  • Analyze competitors and emerging trends in healthcare software to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with the UX team to improve usability and optimize the user experience.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work with engineering teams to define feature requirements, technical specifications, and development priorities.
  • Act as the key liaison between developers, designers, sales, testing and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Break down complex product requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-impact features that bring measurable value to customers.

Mentorship & Leadership

  • Foster a customer-first culture across teams, ensuring decisions are driven by user needs and business impact.
  • Support junior product team members and help implement agile methodologies for continuous improvement.

Who you are

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and customer-focused product manager who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understandof Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with development teams.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Experience working with UI/UX designers to improve usability and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English—you can convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or similar — relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with electronic patient journal (EPJ) or healthcare software.
  • Familiarity with dental or medical workflows.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare software (GDPR, patient data security).
  • Technical background or familiarity with Azure, .NET, React, or SaaS architecture.
