We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Oda's logistics

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Oda's Logistics platform. In this role, you'll focus on creating the best possible user experience for our employees working at our fulfillment center - the beating heart of our operations, where people and technology unite to bring Oda deliveries to life.

You'll be collaborating closely with a product manager, software developers, and data analysts in a cross-disciplinary team. Together, you'll ensure digital tools and physical processes work seamlessly. You'll work on complex workflows, collaborate with end users (our operations colleagues), and see projects go live. You'll work with software in combination with physical machinery, physical space, and operator routines. This makes logistics very exciting and satisfying to work with.

What you'll be doing as Senior UX Designer

Our cross-functional teams are focused on specific problem areas or stages of Oda's production and customer journey, with the autonomy to set their own goals, work independently, and deliver direct solutions.

You'll lead design efforts on projects within your team, taking them from initial discovery through to implementation, launch, and continuous iterations. While we don't follow a strict design process at Oda, you can expect the following tasks to be part of your daily work:

UX research, discovery, and analysis

Mapping and systems modeling

Workshop facilitation

Project planning and prioritization

Designing and user testing clickable prototypes in Figma

Collaborating closely with developers, involving them in your design process from start to finish

Service implementation and follow-up

What you'll need to succeed

User-centric mindset: Start with research and insights, test concepts, and follow through.

Outcome-driven approach: Focus on business or customer value metrics and testing hypotheses.

Attention to detail: Dive into edge cases and root causes-ask all the questions and go the extra mile.

Systems thinking: Understand how everything at Oda connects and affects each other, turning complexity into clarity.

Progress over perfection: Focus on getting things out into the world, learning, and making smart trade-offs while protecting UX.

Business mindset: Balance customer value with business impact.

5+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or service design, with a track record of delivering projects in either an in-house or agency setting

Language proficiency: Be fluent in English as this is our working language.
