Tech stack?

• Essential skills: Our tech stack includes Snowflake SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude. Equivalent experience with tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics is equally valuable.
• Bonus skills/experience: data management (tracking), data collection SDKs, A/B testing, dbt, Python, Kafka, Data Mesh principles, Machine Learning and AI, Google Slides.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an experienced and proactive data professional who loves empowering teams to make better product decisions. You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 5+ years' experience in product or data analytics roles, for example in e-commerce, digital product or marketplace companies.
• You have expertise in SQL and event-based analytics tools (like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4) and have an understanding and interest in the whole data value chain, from what to measure to presenting impactful insights for stakeholders.
• Have hands-on experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design.
• Excel at translating data into stories — making complex findings clear and actionable.
• Are a natural collaborator, comfortable working with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders. Acting as the link between technical and business stakeholders comes naturally to you. You build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Have strong visualization and storytelling skills (Tableau or similar).
• Bring a structured yet curious mindset, with a genuine passion for user behavior and product performance.
• A passion for homes or real estate is a plus.

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?

As a Senior Product Analyst in FINN Eiendom's Real Estate Product Insights & Analytics team, you'll be a go-to analytics partner for product teams — ensuring that decisions are powered by data and that measurement is rock solid from day one.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Advising on event tracking frameworks across web and app.
• Leading product analytics deep-dives on user flows, funnels, retention and conversions.
• Being hands-on in a cross-functional project to measure, attribute and improve our lead generation – having real impact for our users, our customers and our business.
• Partnering with PMs and UX to define success metrics, measure what matters, and help with A/B tests — from hypothesis to insight — to drive data-informed product development.
• Building and maintaining dashboards, product KPIs and AI enablers for ongoing insight.
• Championing best practices in measurement, Amplitude usage, and experimentation.
• Coaching cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UX) on analytics literacy and data-driven decision-making.

What success looks like:

• 6 months in: You've audited our product tracking for the most important metrics and become the trusted analytics partner for at least one key product area.
• 1 year in: You've improved data quality, accelerated experimentation, and helped product teams make faster, higher-confidence decisions — all while strengthening our measurement culture.
