JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities Lead the development of process engineering deliverables for concept and FEED studies. Manage and coordinate teams of process engineers throughout study phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery of process deliverables. Evaluate and select oil & gas topsides processing technologies, with a focus on: Separation systems (oil/gas/water). Produced water treatment and reinjection/disposal solutions. Gas treatment and dehydration systems. Utility and support systems (cooling, heating, fuel, and chemicals). Prepare process simulations, flow diagrams (PFDs), heat & material balances, and equipment sizing. Provide input into cost, schedule, and risk evaluations during early project phases. Support technology assessments, vendor evaluations, and design reviews. Collaborate across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, safety) to ensure integrated solutions. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the broader team. Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline. 5-15 years of experience in process engineering within the oil & gas industry. Proven knowledge of topsides processing technologies in separation, produced water, gas dehydration, and utility systems. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading process engineering teams during conceptual and FEED studies. Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, PRO/II). Experience in front end engineering design (FEED) and conceptual studies. Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices (API, ISO, ASME, etc.). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with offshore facilities, FPSOs, or onshore processing plants. Familiarity with advanced water treatment or low-emission gas processing technologies. Experience interacting directly with clients and presenting technical findings.Why Join Us?
