Senior Document Controller

Responsibilities-Oversee document management for individual projects and contracts. -Manage all incoming and outgoing document deliveries through the document control system. -Establish and maintain the electronic archive using internal document control tools. -Handle all engineering and supplier documentation throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure that all work carried out complies with established plans and procedures. -Manage internal and external reporting of technical documentation. -Ensure team members have a good understanding of routines and tasks. -Become proficient with any client-specific electronic systems.Required expertise-Extensive experience (10-12 years) in document control within offshore or onshore related projects. -In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, procedures, and requirements. -Familiarity with modification processes on operational offshore or onshore installations. -Relevant formal education. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. -Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. -A systematic, accurate, and solution-oriented work ethic. -High commitment to deadlines and quality requirements in a multicultural environment.
