Vi er på utkikk etter to dyktige Senior Financial Controllers. Stillingene inngår i avdeling konsernregnskap i stabsområdet økonomi og finans, og man vil i rollen samarbeide på tvers av avdelinger og stabsområder for øvrig. Som Senior Financial Controller vil du få en unik mulighet til å jobbe i skjæringspunktet mellom rapportering, regnskap, intern kontroll og system. Du vil være med på å videreutvikle og effektivisere konsernets løsninger gjennom blant annet økt digitalisering. Ikke minst vil du være en sentral del av Statnett sitt oppdrag om å legge til rette for å realisere Norges klimamål, og for verdiskapning for våre kunder og for samfunnet. Ansvarsområder:

  • Sikre overensstemmelse mellom Statnetts regnskap og relevante regnskapsprinsipper (IFRS), samt gjeldende lover og forskrifter
  • Lede forbedring og videreutvikling av hovedprosessene i konsernet
  • Ansvarlig for regnskapsoppfølging av datterselskaper og forretningsområder inklusiv faglige vurderinger
  • Utarbeidelse og oppdatering av konsernets regnskapsmessige retningslinjer, økonomihåndbok og IFRS manual
  • Bistå med konsolidering og utarbeidelse av kvartals- og årsregnskap med noter.
  • Mulighet til å delta i implementeringen av CSRD ( EUs direktiv for bærekraftsrapportering) og videreutvikling av Statnetts års- og bærekraftsrapportering


Det er essensielt at du har en solid regnskapsforståelse, liker å løse regnskapsfaglige problemstillinger samt har noe relevant konsernregnskapserfaring. Du bør også ha interesse for bruk av digitale verktøy og systemer for å effektivisere og forbedre finansielle prosesser. Du har gjerne mastergrad i revisjon og regnskap (MRR) eller tilsvarende høyere utdanning.

Du bør være initiativrik og ha en sterk kapasitet for å lede endrings- og utviklingsarbeid. Det er viktig at du har gode samarbeidsevner, og er villig til å dele kunnskap og ekspertise for å oppnå de beste resultatene både for deg selv, teamet og virksomheten som helhet.
