Country Manager - Norway



YOUR JOURNEY AT BRP

As the Country Manager Norway, you are responsible to manage and deliver the country level business objectives by leading your team to perform according to BRP strategies and guidelines. Main business targets are related to retail and market share targets.
In addition of influencing the network in reaching wholesale objectives, you are as well responsible to develop the country’s network together with your team to build a performing and retailing dealer network by providing the best customer experience in the industry. You and your team are responsible to identify areas of improvement of the network performance in retail, retail environment and services.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ACHIEVE GROWTH THROUGH A DRIVE TO DELIVER ON OUR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT (40%)

  • Achieve country retail and market share targets.
  • Analyse retail performance in the country, identify areas for growth and areas of substandard performance to be addressed. Provide clear priorities and work direction to DSMs and PA&A BDM. Communicate expectations, engage DSMs and follow-through using all available tools.
  • Proactively and collaboratively provide feedback, input, ideas of a tactical/executional strategies to improve retail success.


CONTRIBUTE TO BRP'S AGILITY IN DEVELOPPING A STRONG NETWORK AND COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS (20%)

  • Through the utilization of a Regional Action Plan (RAP), lead the identification and implementation of selected dealer moves to deliver optimized network coverage while ensuring dealer profitability.
  • Identify areas of improvement or skills of substandard performance in retail, retail environment and service that must be addressed.
  • Communicate expectations, engage DSMs, PA&A BDMs and DDMs and follow-through using all available tools.

DELIVERING ON BRP’S FINANCIAL COMMITMENT, WHILE DELIVER ON RETAIL AND WHOLESALE TARGETS OBJECTIVES (20%)

  • Lead the execution of field team priorities.
  • Manage and forecast overall budget while keeping the districts within an efficient operational state.
  • Create retail and wholesale results with ROI in mind.


NURTURE AND DEVELOP INDIVIDUALS IN THE TEAM (20%)

  • Respecting, living, and promoting BRP`s Purpose & Values.
  • Providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Openly discussing career and/or skill development opportunities.
  • Establish a safe & inclusive culture within which opportunities, mistakes, engagement, satisfaction and wellness can be openly discussed and learnings reinforced.
  • Ensure that the Team is engaged in CO25, are collectively at ``Advanced`` level in FY25.

YOUR COMPETENCIES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant business management and leadership experience preferably within the Powersports or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering results in fast paced and high growth and challenging environment.
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities with strong people orientation.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English, Norwegian mother tongue.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.

The role is office-based in Trondheim (Norway). Travel within the assigned market area with occasional travel to head office and global events
