Welcome to Digital Wealth, we work together with our stakeholders to run a successful savings business. We enable our customers to unlock their financial potential by developing, optimizing and supporting market-leading digital savings solutions and you will be part of driving this.
As a Business Analyst you will be focused on providing our customers with the best digital savings relationship experience in Nordea Digital - our Mobile and Netbank channels. You will join an international cross functional agile team consisting of business, developers, testers and UX design to continuously develop our savings platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be a main driver of getting new software features into our savings and investment platform working together with developers, testers, UX-designers, legal and other stakeholders
- Joining a team of dedicated Business Analysts across Digital Wealth to leverage specialist and local experience whilst providing Nordic solutions
- Setting and documenting business requirements for developers and testers
- Analyzing customer behavior and needs by using feedback and other data sources to inspire your team development and priorities
- Being an expert in our digital savings solutions and support across Digital Wealth with specialist knowledge including projects related to regulatory and non-financial risk
You’ll join Digital Wealth, a professional, fun and collaborative unit striving for best-in-class omni-channel savings services for Nordea customers and advisers. The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background:
- Are acquainted with SAFe agile way of working and methods and have experience as a Business Analyst or other change management experience
- Solid knowledge or interest within the saving and investment business domain
- You have excellent communication skills in English and preferable also in a Nordic language
