Vi søker en dyktig person til en spennende og utfordrende stilling i logistikkavdelingen vår. Avdelingen består pr i dag av 14 ansatte. Vi har ansvaret for innkjøp av råvarer, lagring og distribusjon av varer til våre kunder og søsterselskap.

Stillingen innebærer ansvar for å kontrollere at innkommende varer tilfredsstiller alle krav i kvalitetssystemet. Jobben utføres i stor grad selvstendig, men man har en stor kontaktflate mot andre avdlinger som Produksjon og Kvalitetskontroll, i tillegg til kolleger i egen avdeling.

Oppgaver:

Mottakskontroll av innkommende varer Uttak av referanseprøver og lagerføring av råvarer. Oppfølging av råvarelager, justering av lager, kast av utgåtte varer. Arkiv for råvarer og råvaredokumentasjon oppbevart i avdelingen. Internservice ( utlevering av dokumenter og råvarer på forespørsel ). Utlevering av restordre til produksjon/R&D Planlegge, koordinere og gjennomføre lagertellinger. Registrere og følge opp endringskontroller, avvik og prosedyrer innenfor ansvarsområdet. Backup for Innkjøp på start av produksjoner i ERP systemet. Bistå andre funksjoner i avdelingen ved behov. Ansvar for oppdatering av prosedyre for varemottak ved behov.

Er serviceinnstilt Trives med å ha kontakt med mennesker, både kunder og kolleger Er selvstendig og ansvarsfull Jobber nøyaktig og strukturert Har evne til å få ting unna i en hektisk arbeidshverdag Har fokus på kvalitet Evner å jobbe selvstendig (opplæring i alt tilhørende stillingen blir gitt) Har minimum videregående skole Er flytende I muntlig og skriftlig Norsk. Bør kunne lese og gjøre seg forstått på engelsk.

Arbeidserfaring fra varehåndtering Har jobbet med ERP systemer Har erfaring fra og forståelse for kvalitetssikring og det å jobbe under et kvalitetssystem (ISO )
