Du vil lede et team på 15-20 utviklere og være en del av et sammensveiset Software lederteam på 5-6 personer som har et tett samarbeid i en hektisk hverdag. Vi har et godt arbeidsmiljø, med god kultur for å bygge hverandre opp.

Om oss

Advanced Solutions (AS) er en ny forretningsenhet i divisjonen Defence Systems (DS) i Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS (KDA). Vi utvikler avanserte systemer og produkter innenfor et bredt spekter av teknologi og våre største leveranser er innenfor militær luftromsovervåkning og ildledning, militære kommunikasjonsløsninger og sivil luftfart.

Software avdelingen har i dag ca 60 faste og innleide medarbeidere i Kongsberg og Asker med ansvar og oppgaver innen områder som teknisk prosjektledelse, kravanalyse, arkitektur, utvikling, safety, kvalitet, security og test- og integrasjon. Vi søker etter nye gruppeledere i Kongsberg.
