We are now looking for a Process and Systems Specialist to join our Ship Electrification Solution team. The preferred location for the position is Stord, Norway. The position reports to Team Leader.
What you will be doing
In this position, your work will include reviews of SES sales funnel to elaborate planning baseline, maintenance of key reports on Power BI for the department and business line. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have a thorough understanding of processes and preferably experience from working with as a project manager. As an ideal candidate, you are familiar with the marine industry and interested in sustainability and decarbonization.
As Process and Systems Specialist, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
Resource Planning Tools Responsible for creating the baseline for department planning and project planning Monitor the resource situation Align delivery procedures across business function and business line ERP Maintenance Support lifecycle with maintenance of project data routines Provide lessons learned initiatives for developing issues in own responsibility area Participate in developing and maintaining of tools and methodsTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
Degree within Business Administration, Engineering, Marine, IT or equivalent Good experience with ERP systems and Power BI can compensate formal education Experience from similar positions Good communication skills in English. Knowledge with the Norwegian language is an advantageWhy you and us?
