We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruitment and market insights. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, understand labor market trends, and develop competitive benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. If you are passionate about HR, skilled in recruitment, and have a keen eye for market dynamics, we want to hear from you.

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and source candidates through various channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Analyze competitor practices and provide recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Research and assess employee benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Contribute to various HR-related tasks and projects such as policy development and other initiatives that support the overall HR function.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Good understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.


Reporting to Regional HR Manager.
