About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at DOF Group ASA. As a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and source candidates through various channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Analyze competitor practices and provide recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Research and assess employee benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Good understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
