DOF Group ASA is a leading provider of offshore and subsea services with a strong presence in the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. They will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies.

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate evaluations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
