• Provide high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions to help track feedback and identify improvement areas.

• Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; English language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is advantageous.
