Exciting position as Maintenance Manager at AS ROCKWOOL Trondheim

At the maintenance department in Trondheim, we focus on modern and cost-effective operations. Now we would like you to help further develop the department in line with modern principles for maintenance management and LEAN methods. As a maintenance manager, you will lead the maintenance department , which currently consists of 13 employees; team leader electrical and mechanical, purchaser, mechanics, automation mechanics and electricians. The maintenance manager is responsible for ongoing and preventive maintenance of the factory's production equipment, buildings and infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintenance budgets and resource and activity planning. The position is part of the management team in Trondheim and reports to the factory manager.

We are looking for someone who can:

Help develop the department, and contribute to continuous improvements for the maintenance department and the factory as a whole Contribute to the improvement of the factory's OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) Participate in the planning, preparation and implementation of investment projects Budget and performance responsibility
 

Desired qualifications:

You preferably have an education at Bachelor's/Technical Vocational School level, preferably in electrical subjects Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Technical insight and interest in maintenance and production. You must be proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and oral You should be familiar with electronic maintenance systems Good knowledge of HSE, standards and norms in maintenance Experience from project work
 

Personal qualities:

The person in question must be independent, goal-oriented and result-oriented. You enjoy working with varied tasks in an environment with good headroom, high efficiency and periodically high work pressure. You may not have much management experience from previous jobs, but you have realized it is something you want to develop. Mechanical/technically interested

Ved vedlikeholdsavdelingen i Trondheim har vi fokus på moderne og kostnadseffektiv drift. Nå vil vi gjerne ha deg med på å videreutvikle avdelingen i tråd med moderne prinsipper for vedlikeholdsstyring og LEAN-metoder. Som vedlikeholdsleder vil du lede vedlikeholdsavdelingen som i dag består av 13 medarbeidere; teamleder elektro og -mekanisk, innkjøper, mekanikere, automasjonsmekanikere og elektrikere.Vedlikeholdsleder er ansvarlig for løpende og forebyggende vedlikehold av fabrikkens produksjonsutstyr, bygninger og infrastruktur. Du vil ha ansvar for vedlikeholdsbudsjett og ressurs- og aktivitetsplanlegging. Stillingen inngår i ledergruppen i Trondheim og rapporterer til fabrikksjef.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

Du har fortrinnsvis utdannelse på Bachelor/Teknisk fagskole nivå, gjerne innefor elektrofag Minimum 3 års relevant erfaring Teknisk innsikt og interesse for vedlikehold og produksjon. Du må beherske norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig Du bør ha kjennskap til elektroniske vedlikeholdssystemer God kunnskap om HMS, standarder og normer innen vedlikehold Erfaring fra prosjektarbeid

Personlige egenskaper:

Vedkommende må være selvstendig,målrettet og resultatorientert. Du trives med å jobbe med varierte arbeidsoppgaver i et miljø med god takhøyde, høy effektivitet og periodevis høyt arbeidspress. Du har kanskje ikke mye lederefaring fra tidligere jobber men du har innsett det er noe du ønsker å utvikle. Mekanisk/teknisk interessert
