Descripción del empleo

Apoyar la implementación de un portfolio strategy para el Asset book, además de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Market Analysis y Front Office para fortalecer los enfoques de cobertura y optimización de la asset portfolio. 

Comprender las necesidades del mercado/cliente, el diseño futuro del mercado, los riesgos y oportunidades, el desarrollo de diferentes tecnologías, el desarrollo de sistemas de red, etc. para identificar y sugerir acciones para aumentar el valor de la empresa a largo plazo. 

Utilice los conocimientos descritos anteriormente para crear una asset portfolio sólida (tecnologías adecuadas, en las ubicaciones adecuadas y en el momento adecuado). 

Optimice las ventas de energía utilizando oportunidades de mercado (merchant, PPA a largo plazo, estructuras de acuerdos complejos, PPA a corto plazo, subastas, servicios auxiliares, otros). 

Proponer la actualización anual de la Estrategia Comercial país que deberá ser aprobada por la Market Board cada año en el tercer trimestre 

Liderar la implementación de la Commercial Strategy aprobada y mantener un estrecho vínculo con los equipos de Front Office, Market Analysis, Middle Office y Back Office. 

Requisitos

Estudios en Ingeniería, Economía, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar.

Más de 5 años en portfolio optimization de empresas del mercado eléctrico o en empresas de consultoría o banca de inversión, servicios financieros, administradoras de fondos, etc.

Experiencia en asset exposure management, incluido total asset risk exposure y managing risk portfolios (incluidos PPA, optimización financiera y cobertura) 

Conocimientos sobre Regulación del Mercado Eléctrico Peruano. 

Conocimiento sobre gestión de proyectos y procesos. 

Office avanzado. 

Domino de Power BI y Python a nivel intermedio. 

Inglés nivel Avanzado.

Establecer un “state of the art” y liderar el proceso de portfolio management para proponer acciones para maximizar el valor a largo plazo de la empresa, mediante la optimización integral de las necesidades del cliente/mercado, los servicios ofrecidos y la asset portfolio, así como desarrollar una visión cuantitativa basada en un análisis fundamental de los mercados de electricidad, manteniendo un estrecho contacto con los miembros del equipo y roles de análisis para compartir conocimientos y perspectivas del mercado.
