The Project Manager's main responsibility is managing projects that deliver Corvus Energy Storage Systems into customer applications. The role currently reports to VP of Projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the execution of projects from contract signing to customer acceptance.
  2. Lead the communication with project partners and customers.
  3. Ensure that project deliverables meet contract requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Schedule and monitor project fieldwork.
  5. Effectively identify and manage project risks.
  6. Provide clear and timely reporting to project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  7. Gather feedback on project delivery and implement the lessons learned.

Education and Behavioral Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience with technical projects in engineering and/or manufacturing settings.
  2. Bachelor's degree or similar higher education in an Engineering or technical discipline.
  3. Familiarity with project management principles.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrated ability to highlight issues, make decisions, and resolve conflicts constructively.
  7. Collaborative mindset and a strong drive to solve problems alongside other team members.
  8. Ability to develop relationships with partners and customers that foster long-term business relationships.
  9. Drive and adaptability to fit in with a dynamic and growing company.

Functional Skills

  • Experience from the marine sector.
  • Experience from working with globally distributed project teams.
  • Experience with international shipment of goods, including Incoterms.
  • Commercial mindset and know-how.
  • Good contractual understanding.
