  6. Driving accountability to the plan within your team and cross-functionally to regional and HQ teams
  7. Adapting to real-time challenges by building clear and achievable mitigation plans, enrolling leadership in your strategy, and leading your team to action with flexibility and impact
  8. Establishing and nurturing senior level relationships with our key accounts to ensure they know who we are, where we're going, and how we'll get there together
  9. Collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including FP&A, Allocations, Merchandising, Marketing, Demand Planning, and others) to deliver the collection and bring the brand vision to life in our partners' doors
  10. Aligning with EMEA channel counterparts in your area to ensure consistency across the region

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  2. Rolling out the Mountain Town strategy with the right wholesale partners
  3. Negotiating terms and business model to improve profitability
  4. Connecting internal Arc'teryx teams to both each other and to key partner stakeholders to ensure the Arc'teryx vision comes to life fully
