Om stillingen:

Som vår Retail Area Manager vil du ha ansvaret for den overordnede driften, personalledelse og oppnåelse av budsjetter for våre 11 butikker spredt rundt i Norge.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver vil innebære:

  1. Utarbeide budsjetter og sikre at de blir nådd
  2. Opplæring av medarbeidere innen salg, service og kolleksjonstreninger
  3. Arrangere butikkledersamlinger og kursdager 2-3 ganger i året
  4. Ansvar for den daglige driften av alle butikkene og være synlig på gulvet
  5. Fungere som bindeleddet mellom butikkene og vår Country Manager i Oslo

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

  1. Minimum 3 års erfaring fra lignende stilling med personalledelse, drift og salg
  2. Evnen til å vise til imponerende resultater fra tidligere arbeidserfaring
  3. Beholde overblikket i en travel hverdag med ansvar for mange forskjellige oppgaver
  4. Analytisk og praktisk tilnærming til arbeidsoppgavene, samt evnen til å tilpasse seg raskt til endringer
