Som Business Controller vil du blant annet være ansvarlig for å administrere og optimalisere selskapets og våre bedriftskunders programvareporteføljer. Du vil jobbe tett med ulike avdelinger for å sikre effektiv ressursbruk, optimalisering av prosesser og oppnåelse av våre forretningsmål. En viktig del av rollen er også å hjelpe kunder å oppnå kostnadsoversikt, samt identifisere besparelses- og optimaliseringmuligheter.

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har mastergrad innen økonomi, IT eller lignende.
  • Er nyutdannet eller har inntil 3 års relevant arbeidserfaring.
  • Har sterke analytiske ferdigheter og evne til å arbeide strukturert.
  • Hjelper kollegaene dine, ikke fordi du må, men fordi du har lyst.
  • Har gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner.
  • Er nysgjerrig og ønsker faglige utfordringer.

I Intility jobber vi for at alle ansatte skal trives på jobb og med hverandre. Vi har ulike treningsgrupper som løpegruppe med profesjonell løpetrener, fotballag i bedriftsligaen, og eget treningssenter over veien med dusj og garderober for ansatte. Det arrangeres sosiale happenings gjennom hele året, som Afterworks, spillkvelder, julebord, og sommerfest. I tillegg kan du dra på fotballkamp på Intility Arena.

For at du skal være i flyt i hverdagen serveres det frokost, lunsj og ettermiddagsmat til alle ansatte fra vår egen kantine. I tillegg lager vi middag til alle som ønsker å ta det med hjem til seg og sin familie. Hos oss vil du få en ekstra ferieuke i året, som til sammen gir deg seks uker ferie. Mange av oss bruker ferien på en av våre firmahytter på Norefjell eller Kragerø, som er tilgjengelig for ansatte året rundt.
