Vi søker nå en Strategy Consultant som vil spille en sentral rolle i vår Enterprise Architecture avdeling. Som en Strategy Consultant vil du blant annet kartlegge strategi, mål, prosesser, systemer og informasjon hos våre kunder. Her vil du fungere som en strategisk samarbeidspartner ved å identifisere forbedringsmuligheter og utvikle løsninger som gir varig verdi. Du vil jobbe med både større og mindre leveranser, ofte med flere leveranser samtidig, noe som gir deg en variert og spennende arbeidshverdag. Arbeidet foregår hovedsakelig fra vårt kontor, men kundebesøk kan forekomme.

Vi ser etter deg som ønsker å jobbe innenfor strategi, teknologi og kunderelasjoner. Du har muligens noen års erfaring som tidligere konsulent e.l., men det viktigste er at du ønsker å skape verdi for våre kunder og har en vilje til å lære. Som Strategy Consultant vil du blant annet:

  • Samarbeide tett med kunder for å forstå deres unike behov og designe løsninger som oppfyller deres målsettinger.
  • Bistå med kartlegging og analyse av strategi, mål, organisasjon, prosesser, systemer og informasjon for å sikre optimal tilpasning til kundens behov.
  • Utføre grundige analyser for å identifisere sammenhenger, forbedringsmuligheter og risiko, og gi rådgivning basert på kundens mål.
  • Identifisere og utvikle nye muligheter hos kunder for å skape merverdi gjennom innovative løsninger.
  • Støtte kunden med arkitekturløsninger for å optimalisere den løpende driften.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • Bachelor- eller mastergrad innenfor relevant fagområde, f.eks. forretningsutvikling, business, økonomi, ledelse, innovasjon, strategi e.l.
  • Noen års erfaring fra en konsulentrolle og/eller erfaring med å utvikle og vedlikeholde kunderelasjoner.
  • Komfortabel med å lede workshops og holde presentasjoner.
  • Kjennskap til relevante arkitekturrammeverk som TOGAF, ArchiMate eller lignende er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Kjennskap til relevante prosessrammeverk som APQC, eTOM, ITIL, BPMN eller lignende er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Våre kunderelasjoner foregår på norsk, derfor er gode muntlige og skriftlige norskkunnskaper et krav.
