As Services Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support, field service, or other service requests. The role is required to support ongoing and upcoming jobs related to the Terminator Scope "Subsea Wellhead Cutting System" for all customers within Subsea Services Operations in Norway.

As a Services Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues.
  • Communicating across the direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques and choosing the right approaches based on technical know-how.
  • Managing diverse clients in a region while following frameworks to navigate processes, with room for negotiation and client-specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience in technical support.
  • Have technical knowledge around subsea completions.
  • Demonstrate plug and abandonment expertise.
  • Show experience in ROV applications.
  • Show experience in vessel-deployed well intervention equipment, including subsea wellhead cutting systems.
  • Have excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills.
