Vi søker nå en erfaren finansrådgiver som kan bidra til vår videre vekst. Du vil ha ansvar for å gjennomføre profesjonell og personlig rådgivning for privatkunder innen finansiering, sparing og forsikring.

Arbeidsoppgavene dine vil inkludere:

  • etablere og utvikle kundeforhold i samarbeid med bankens øvrige rådgivere
  • gjennomføre gode kundemøter for en helhetlig rådgivning til kunden
  • skreddersy finansielle løsninger tilpasset hver enkelt kunde
  • etablere og utvikle egen kundeportefølje, herunder bidra aktivt til å utvide kundeporteføljen gjennom å komme i dialog med nye kunder, foreta behovsavklaring og selge inn bankens brede spekter av produkter og tjenester
  • analysere og håndtere risiko knyttet til kundens bruk av våre produkter og tjenester

Hvem er du?

Du har;

  • høyere utdanning på bachelornivå innen økonomi, finans eller tilsvarende
  • minimum 3 års erfaring som finansrådgiver eller tilsvarende stilling
  • gjerne sertifisering i kreditt og skadeforsikringer, men om du ikke har dette fra før, vil dette være et naturlig utviklingsmål for deg
  • gode kommunikasjonsevner, både muntlig og skriftlig
  • gjerne erfaring med TietoEvry-plattformen

Vi ser etter deg som ønsker å skape en god kundereise, og gjennom god relasjonsbygging evner du å skape tillit og trygghet i møte med kundene dine. Du er glad i folk, og nysgjerrig både på kundene dine, banken vår og samfunnet generelt. Du har god gjennomføringsevne, og er god på oppfølging.

Videre er det viktig for oss at du evner å jobbe selvstendig og resultatorientert mot de felles målene banken har satt seg, og du er redelig og transparent i jobben du gjør.
