
Debt Listing Advisor

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Debt Listing Advisor who is ready for new challenges. As part of the team, you will have significant impact and responsibility, and be highly involved in various activities. With us, you will have a flexible workday and brand new office spaces centrally located in Oslo.
As a Debt Listing Advisor, you will work closely with the business side internally, external partners, and customers both domestically and internationally. We are looking for someone who has the ability and willingness to contribute to good solutions and who has an interest in the capital market.
Oslo Børs is a part of Euronext, the largest exchange group in Europe, and the Debt Listing Advisor will have responsibility for both Oslo markets and Dublin markets:
Oslo
- Review applications for bond listings on the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM markets.
- Liaise with Norwegian financial intermediaries submitting bond listing applications on behalf of issuers.
- Verify and extract data from documents received for upload to the local data management system.
- Liaise with Market Administration and Market Data departments regarding the listing of bonds.
- Publish listing documents on the website of Oslo Børs.
- Other administration work, as required.
Dublin
- Categorising debt submissions and entering data into our database system for processing listing applications.
- Allocating debt document submissions/listing applications to team members.
- Reviewing and processing Final Terms relating to debt security listings.
- Preparing admission to listing and trading notices for market publication.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accounts for customers.
- Dealing with/allocating queries from public and listing agents and other internal departments.
- Preparing various reports for internal and external audiences.
- Monitoring the timely delivery of various reports.
- Liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Other administration work, as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in Norwegian, Professional Proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative, data entry, and general IT skills.
- Proven query management, communication and business writing skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to put our clients first.
- Collaborative approach with strong ability to work well with other team members across cultures.
- Knowledge/experience of financial products and securities markets will be a distinct advantage.
- Both recent graduates and candidates that have experience and/or a qualification in administration, business, finance, legal or a related area are suitable for the position.

The position is located at Oslo Børs in Oslo and reports to Regulatory Services Manager in Dublin and Head of Equity Listing Nordics in Oslo.
