We're looking for a Business Partnering Specialist to collaborate closely with Executive & Business Divisional leadership to provide financial planning, reporting, actionable insights, analysis, and strategic decision support to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating as a trusted advisor to, and working closely with, business executive leadership as an extended member of their leadership team
  • Assisting the development of and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Ensuring ongoing awareness & alignment between all functions of the Finance division and the wider business in the design, development, and operation of plans, policies, systems, processes, and controls

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting or related field.
