
Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at On, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Nordics. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver results-driven strategies.
You will work closely with the internal commercial team to develop and implement sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement. Your goal will be to increase sell-in and sell-out, enhance customer loyalty, and drive business growth.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ACQUIRED IN SALES, BUYING, PROCUREMENT, BUSINESS PLANNING POSITIONS. PREFERABLY BUT NOT NECESSARILY WITHIN SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE, FASHION, OR PREMIUM CONSUMER GOODS INDUSTRIES.
- ABILITY TO INFLUENCE AND INSPIRE CHANGE AND LEAD BUSINESS DECISIONS USING AN ANALYTICAL AND COMMERCIAL APPROACH.
- ABILITY TO ELICIT INFORMATION, ACTIVELY LISTEN AND VERBALIZE IDEAS EFFECTIVELY.
