Role Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Airswift as a Business Development Manager, working closely with our senior leadership, recruiters, and country managers to drive new business opportunities across various markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to target new clients and projects.
  • Source and introduce new sales leads to expand our client base.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the process, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
