Our Norwegian ExpansionIn 2018, we launched in Norway and have since grown our national coverage in 56 cities, including Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Tromsø. As we continue to expand rapidly, we're looking for a skilled Sales Associate to join our inside sales team.
Your Role as a Sales Associate- You will be responsible for renegotiating commissions, managing ownership changes, handling inbound requests, and account management for our restaurant and retail portfolio in existing cities.
- You will assist our sales team by managing a pipeline of small to medium partners from A to Z, requiring good commercial thinking and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Working with new potential restaurant and retail partners, researching leads, prospecting, conducting meetings and market visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the Sales, Merchant Services, and Account Management teams to maintain new and existing merchants by negotiating commissions, ownership changes, and after-sales management.
- Hunting and managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring the approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice.
- Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and maintaining ownership of the relationship until the onboarding and account management teams step in.
- Actively contributing to local team strategies to accelerate Wolt's retail and restaurant offerings.
- Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
