We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to strengthen our Nordic sales team. The ideal candidate will strategically prospect and manage key accounts to support On's expansion and positioning in the market.

The role involves maximizing potential with key regional retailers to provide premium innovative product and brand stories that excite and engage consumers. You will lead business development initiatives, execute brand strategy, develop new ways of working, and be a standout colleague who makes us better.

You will work daily with account stakeholders and the internal commercial team to deliver brand objectives and targets. Some of your tasks may include:

  • BUILDING A PREMIUM CONSUMER EXPERIENCE ACROSS B2B PARTNER CHANNELS BY ENSURING BEST PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS AND STORIES.
  • DEVELOPING AND STRENGTHENING NEW AND EXISTING STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH ACCOUNTS IN THE MARKET, IN LINE WITH ON'S GLOBAL STRATEGY.
  • DRIVING SELL-IN GROWTH, ENHANCING CUSTOMER LOYALTY, BOOSTING SELL-OUT ALIGNED TO TARGETS.
  • LEVERAGING REPORTING DASHBOARDS TO MAKE DATA-INFORMED DECISIONS AND GUIDE ACCOUNT PLANNING ALIGNED WITH OVERALL OBJECTIVES.
  • STAYING AHEAD OF THE CURVE ON INDUSTRY TRENDS, MARKET DYNAMICS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES TO IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
