The Role:
We're looking for a Fleet Key Account Manager to join our team in Nordics - Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Nordics-Norway, showcasing the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear's Total Mobility modular offer of tires and solutions.
- Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in fleet management, sales of tires, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
