Fleet Key Account Manager Opportunity:
Goodyear's Commercial Fleet Department is seeking an experienced Fleet Key Account Manager to join its team in Nordics - Norway. As a leader in providing tailored solutions for truck fleet customers, we're looking for someone who can develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage our Total Mobility modular offer of tires and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that showcase the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting the unique needs of truck fleet customers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Nordics-Norway.
- Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in fleet management, sales of tires, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
