
Business Development Lead Retail

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of retail at Wolt. As a Retail Business Developer, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major Norwegian retailers, from groceries to pharma and beyond.
Your focus will be on driving the success of these partnerships on Wolt by developing and executing effective growth strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. This may involve tasks such as business expansions, assortment planning, marketing strategies, and technical and operational aspects of integrations and logistics.
The ideal candidate will be a commercial problem-solver who thrives on identifying new opportunities, driving processes forward, and taking on significant responsibilities. You should have a strong ability to see your business portfolio grow and be motivated by continuous progress and business development. With a strong scale-up culture at Wolt, you'll have the autonomy to explore, innovate, and co-create solutions with our partners.
