Why Norway?In 2018, we launched in Norway and have since expanded our national coverage to 56 cities, including Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Tromsø. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our inside sales team.
Your Key Responsibilities- Renegotiate commissions, manage ownership changes, handle inbound requests, and oversee account management for our restaurant and retail portfolio in existing cities.
- Support our sales team by managing a pipeline of small to medium partners from A to Z, requiring strong commercial thinking and negotiation skills.
- Work with new potential restaurant and retail partners, researching leads, prospecting, conducting meetings and market visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Merchant Services, and Account Management teams to maintain new and existing merchants.
- Hunt and manage the pipeline of new potential partnerships, positioning Wolt as a partner of choice.
- Negotiate partnership terms and maintain ownership of the relationship until onboarding and account management teams take over.
- Contribute to local team strategies to accelerate Wolt's retail and restaurant offerings.
- Make informed business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
