
Business Development Team Lead

This role is critical to driving sales growth by positively impacting distributor effectiveness.
You will work closely with the Country Lead for Field to centralise knowledge from members in Norway, their daily methods of retailing, and the deliverables needed to help them grow their business.
In addition, you will lead and work with committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content, and agreed implementations, and attend monthly meetings, HOMs, and other relevant local trainings as an ambassador of the company, as well as national, regional, and international events as required.
