About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Revenue Growth Director to join our team in Oslo. As part of our Consumer Goods business, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, and Marketing teams, to identify opportunities and drive implementation. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a deep understanding of business development and revenue growth strategies, including pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotion management. You should also have experience in leading complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to distill complex ideas into actionable plans and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
