Job Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving the NRM culture & capability roadmap for a business unit.
  • Leading BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy.
  • Ownership of business unit's suite of NRM playbooks.
  • Driving the implementation of business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams.
  • Leading the assessment of NRM maturity across geographies.
  • Keeping benchmarking and up-skilling to be at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars.
  • Creating a new access point / online hub for NRM resources.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles.
  2. Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills: a structured ability to stay in control of the detail of large complex projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills: experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
  5. In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
  6. Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity; driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
  7. Have experience in leading with personal influence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Practical, supportive & principled; ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
  9. Engaging and positive; a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
  10. Fluent in English.
  11. Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
