
Revenue Growth and Optimization Specialist

Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and driving the NRM culture & capability roadmap for a business unit.
- Leading BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy.
- Ownership of business unit's suite of NRM playbooks.
- Driving the implementation of business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams.
- Leading the assessment of NRM maturity across geographies.
- Keeping benchmarking and up-skilling to be at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars.
- Creating a new access point / online hub for NRM resources.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles.
- Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
- Exceptional organizational skills: a structured ability to stay in control of the detail of large complex projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration skills: experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams.
- In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment.
- Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity; driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
- Have experience in leading with personal influence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical, supportive & principled; ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
- Engaging and positive; a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
