We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit This role involves building next-generation opportunities to enhance digital customer experience, digital marketing smartness, market-leading design, and user-friendliness.

In this role, you will:

  1. Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements, ensuring that digital offerings meet customer needs and align with Fortum's strategic objectives.
  2. Develop use cases, user stories, and use planning tools such as Jira to follow up and support development.
  3. Manage multiple projects and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
  4. Solve complex problems requiring an understanding of both business and technical aspects.
  5. Collaborate with team members to foster a customer-centric approach.

You will be part of the Audience team, focusing on developing our open webpages and online sales funnel. We work within an Agile approach, taking end-to-end responsibility for our area. Our team, consisting of 11-15 experts with diverse competencies, has a great atmosphere where we work hard and have fun. To excel in this role, you are expected to have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital development or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency with requirements management tools and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
