Som Head Of Supply Chain Management vil du ha en sentral rolle i å videreutvikle og implementere effektive og bærekraftige forsyningskjedeprosesser. Du vil lede et team av dyktige fagpersoner og samarbeide tett med interne og eksterne interessenter for å sikre optimal flyt av varer og tjenester. Stillingen rapporterer til CFO.

Utfordringer og ansvar:
  • Utvikle og implementere en helhetlig strategi for forsyningskjeden, inkludert forhandlinger, kontrakt, innkjøp, lagerstyring og logistikk.
  • Vedlikeholde og utvikle relasjoner med leverandører og partnere.
  • Identifisere og drive kontinuerlige forbedringsinitiativer for å redusere kostnader, forbedre effektivitet og sikre leveringspresisjon.
  • Lede og utvikle organisasjonen, fremme en kultur for samarbeid og prestasjon.
  • Sikre etterlevelse av regulatoriske krav og bærekraftig praksis.
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
  • Høyere utdanning innen Supply Chain Management, logistikk, ingeniørfag, økonomi eller tilsvarende er en fordel, men relevant erfaring kan kompensere for utdannelse.
  • Antall års erfaring er vi mindre opptatt av, men at du har vært eksponert bredt innen faget er viktig, særlig innen forhandlinger og kontrakt.
  • Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og gjennomføringskraft.
  • Positiv og entusiastisk selv i krevende situasjoner.
  • Erfaring med ledelse og endringsprosesser.
  • God forretningsforståelse og evne til å balansere kostnader, kvalitet og service.
  • Flytende i skandinaviske språk er en stor fordel, må kunne engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
