Som Associate vil du, gjennom veiledning primært av din Manager, opparbeide grunnleggende kompetanse og erfaring innen alle deler av vår leveranse; fra kundekontakt og nysalg til tekniske beskrivelser av prosjektplaner, budsjettering, statsstøtteregelverket, relevante områder innen regnskap og revisjon, samt interne forbedringsprosjekter. Stillingsnivået innebærer et begrenset eget kundeansvar i tillegg til hjelp og eksponering for prosesser som ledes av andre. Dette er første steg i vår interne karrierestige hvor målet er å utvikle seg til en mer komplett konsulent med tilhørende utvidelser av ansvar på sikt.

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har mastergrad innen tekniske eller økonomiske fag
  • Er proaktiv, engasjert og nysgjerrig
  • Har gode formuleringsevner både skriftlig og muntlig, på norsk og engelsk
  • Har gode myke ferdigheter
  • Har kommersiell forståelse
  • Er interessert i tekniske løsninger
  • Vil passe godt inn i et ungt og dynamisk arbeidsmiljø med stor grad av både frihet og ansvar
  • Stillingen er i utgangspunktet ment for kandidater med 1-3 års erfaring. Men nyutdannede mastergradsstudenter oppfordres også til å søke.
