  • Providing administrative support including managing calendars, meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for the Chief Regional Officer and performing this job in a truly dynamic and international environment.
  • Planning, coordinating and facilitating both internal and external meetings and events.
  • Assisting with country and project management tasks, including deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensuring seamless execution on tasks in hand in a timely manner and follow-up.
  • Supporting in relevant local matters e.g. organizing events, managing office engagement and a set of activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and units on different initiatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Being a visible part of building community locally to support workplace attractiveness and to fill the existing gaps between tasks and responsibilities that fall outside of different business units' responsibilities.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with executive level/CxO stakeholders.
  • Efficient and effective way of working with strong planning and organizational skills. Preferably having capabilities and skills to manage projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent in Norwegian, including the ability to make high-quality presentations, formal letters, and memos.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive 'can-do' attitude with positive energy.
  • Trustworthiness with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, being comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities.

Additionally:

  • Desire and ability to cooperate and build relationships with others, also across different cultures.
  • The motivation and ability to add value to internal/external customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • A car/driving license is beneficial to have.
