The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and site activities.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
