Nå søker vi etter en faglig sterk group financial controller for å styrke teamet og som ønsker å bidra til videre utvikling av konsernregnskapsavdelingen. Stillingen rapporterer til konsernets regnskapsdirektør.

Din arbeidshverdag som group financial controller

I denne rollen vil du bli en del av konsernregnskapsavdelingen, som i dag består av fem kompetente og hyggelige kollegaer som jobber med ulike fagområder innen regnskap. Konsernregnskapsavdelingen er konsernets fremste fageksperter innen International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), og bistår blant annet våre rapporterende enheter i Norden med denne kompetansen. Avdelingen har også ansvar for utarbeidelse av delårs- og årsrapporter for Gjensidige Forsikring konsern og Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, og har bred kontaktflate mot ulike deler av organisasjonen.

Nå har vi behov for å styrke teamet med en person som ønsker å jobbe med konsolidering og skatt som sitt spesialfelt. I tillegg vil du sammen med resten av teamet jobbe med å videreutvikle avdelingen med hensyn til automatisering og effektivisering, da vi tilstreber høy kvalitet og robuste løsninger i våre prosesser. Vi er opptatt av å levere kvalitet i alle ledd, og ønsker oss en kollega som kan være med på å etablere gode kontrollrutiner, og videreutvikle avdelingen med bruk av digitale verktøy.

For å lykkes og trives i rollen bør du ha høy kompetanse og stor interesse for regnskap som fagområde. Du må være interessert i å videreutvikle deg innen faget, og like å sette deg inn i og løse regnskapsrelaterte problemstillinger. Du må være strukturert, analytisk, ha sterk gjennomføringsevne og trives med en periodevis hektisk hverdag. Du er selvgående og tar ansvar for å løse utfordringer som oppstår. Du kommuniserer tydelig og effektivt, og liker å jobbe for å imøtekomme behov på en positiv måte, både alene og sammen som team.

Ansvarsområder:
  • Konsolidering – utarbeidelse, kvalitetssikring og analyser av tall
  • Utarbeidelse av noter
  • Prosjektdeltakelse/-ledelse
  • Ti års erfaring fra revisjon og/eller konsernregnskap i større selskap
  • Sterke analytiske evner, god forretningsforståelse og en proaktiv arbeidsstil
  • Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk
