Our goals for the next 12 months
Kindly consists of two tech teams, the Product team and the Integrations team. The product team is focused on building our core products, and the Integrations team is focused on designing and delivering integrations to our customers.
There will be many important choices to be made on which technologies to use, and how we can make the team efficient and create scalable integrations.
Integrations are a high focus from the management in Kindly, so both the team and you will have a high impact on Kindly going forward.

What you will do:
As a Software Engineer on the Customer Integrations Team, your job will be to:
- Build complex and scalable integrations between the chatbot and customer systems
- Build reusable integrations towards third-party systems
- Improve and automate developer cycles, tech stack, and integrations
- Communicate with large, known brands (MTV, Voi, Booking.com, and others)
- Release integrations to millions of users
- Assist and support our sales teams by outlining and designing integrations while supporting all prospective customer technical questions throughout the prospect's evaluation
Who we think you are:
- 3-5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Python, Node.js, and Typescript
- Experience with databases
- Experience with communicating with customers
- Experience with writing unit & integration testing
It's a bonus if you have experience with:
- Firebase
- Javascript
- DevOps
- GCP
- CI/CD and automation
- Experience in IT management consulting, or acting as a solutions or sales engineer
- Background in computer science or engineering, with formal training in data structures, and system architecture
