About the Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our growing Experience Team at Nofence. In this role, you will create engaging and high-quality print and digital media, event collateral, and campaign materials that align with our brand identity, strengthen the brand, and resonate with our diverse audience.

You will report to the Head of Design and collaborate closely with our Lead Visual Designer, assisting in building out the brand and contributing to design strategy. You will be part of the Experience Team, working closely with Marketing and alongside a team of Marketing Managers to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your work will directly impact how we present ourselves to farmers, partners, investors, and the broader agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Design a variety of marketing materials for both print and digital channels, including brochures, event stands, social media assets, presentations, and print advertising campaigns.

- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external vendors alongside a Project Manager to ensure quality production of print materials.

- Develop event collateral, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all materials.

- Support the Lead Visual Designer in evolving and maintaining the Nofence brand identity.

- Assist in design strategy, contributing ideas on how we can strengthen our visual presence across touch points.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure designs align with strategic goals.

- Work on layouts, typography, and visual storytelling, ensuring a high standard of design execution.

- Work with brand guidelines and design templates for various materials, enabling scalability and consistency in marketing efforts.

- Ensure all designs meet accessibility, usability, and branding standards.

- Conduct basic photo editing and retouching for various needs.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong design background and a keep eye for detail, who is both creative and strategic in their approach.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- A strong understanding of designing Print and social media.

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or an in-house marketing team.

- A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work across multiple formats.

- Experience designing marketing collateral, event materials, and brand assets.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

- Ability to take responsibility for graphic design projects and work collaboratively in the teams.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and colour theory.

- Experience in working with print production and digital media specifications.

- Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus but not required.

Nice to have:

- Experience in the agri-tech or sustainable industries.

- Video editing and motion design skills would be a large benefit.

- Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
